To anticipate the increasing needs of Indonesian youth to enter high education, than it should be considered to develop an appropiate learning process. This attempt is indicated by changing the pattern and high education from lectured centered education into. student - centered education. Student should be a focus of an on-going learning process, as a subject of developing experienced transmiting while lecturer should be an active faciliator or motivator to encourage students learning process.
